48 Hours in Ho Chi Minh

About the location

While 48 hours is not a lot of time to explore anywhere, sometimes it's nice to have an idea as to what to actually do while in town without feeling like you are missing something. With an up coming trip to Ho Chi Minh and only 48 hours to experience the city I started doing research. However I started to become overwhelmed with all the options! Due to this, I just grabbed my bag and decided to figure it out when I got there.

After experiencing a quick taste of the city and speaking with other travellers while there, I put together this guide so you can get a feel for the city as well as learn the cheapest ways to get around, the fastest way to get a Visa, where to stay to get the most out of your time, as well as what to do / see while you are there.

Guide Highlights

There are so many Districts, where should I stay?

In this guide you will find out the highlights that are in each district as well as the main place to be.

I'm not a touristy person so I don't want to be stuck in a tourist trap.

I'm not a huge fan of touristy things either so this guide is more based on local things but there are "touristy" options that are worth it.
