Five Days in Paris - Off the Beaten Path

About the location

I recently visited Paris for 5 days with my boyfriend and another couple - we had been before so this Guide is perfect for a second visit, it’s the slightly less touristy option. Yet, it is still great for a first-timer because you can still hit the must-dos!

We purposely stayed on the opposite side of the city from the Eiffel Tower so that we could experience Paris like a local! We loved it! We stayed in Le Marais and I would highly recommend it. We walked everywhere and used the river cruise to cover more ground. Le Marais is the old Jewish quarter - an architectural gem of a neighborhood. It is loaded with galleries and live jazz. Note - Le Marais is like New York’s version of Brooklyn!
