Beautiful, magical, charming Sedona. Located in the heart of the Verde Valley and surrounded by 18 million acres of national forest land, it's most known for its stunning red rock formations that brilliantly glow against the rising and setting sun. Little do people know that it's also a paradise for outdoor recreation, a center of arts, wellness and spirituality, and the home of world class hospitality though luxury resorts, spas and exquisite Southwestern cuisine.

My husband John and I discovered Sedona on our Babymoon last September. We wanted to go somewhere warm with incredible views, get in some good hiking, and also leave time to relax at the pool. And it blew us away. The 360 degree views of the red rocks against big blue skies were some of the most breathtaking landscapes we’ve seen...ever. On top of that, tons of fun restaurants and bars, cute local boutiques, impressive art galleries, happy people enjoying their time, and most importantly, more outdoor adventure than we could imagine! We squeezed in so much over 5 days - including a day trip to the Grand Canyon's South Rim! Be sure to check out my guide on how to add this bucket list item onto your Sedona trip - all in a day ( We fell in love with this area of Arizona and can't wait to go back for more!

Family gathering? Romantic getaway? Girls weekend? Honeymoon? Babymoon? Engagementmoon (yes those are a thing!)? Sedona is your place to go!
