Minneapolis is a great city with one of the best food scenes in the country!  I feel lucky to have lived in or near the Twin Cities for the past 15 years, and in that time, I have developed my favorite restaurants that I seem to return to time and time again.  While this guide does feature some James Beard Award winning restaurants, it is not a food critics list.  I'm just a local gal who loves to eat, and this guide features my favorite spots :)

This guide features more than enough restaurants and bars to help you eat your way through the Twin Cities.  I LOVE trying new foods and restaurants and sharing my experiences with others.  Whether you are looking for the best brunch in town, a spot to refuel after shopping with girlfriends, or dinner for a special night out, this guide will have you covered.  Restaurants in both Minneapolis and St. Paul are featured :)

In addition to restaurants, this guide also lists the best farmer's markets in summer months as well as other fun summer food activities.  

If breweries are your thing, Minneapolis is your place.  The craft beer scene is booming! Each brewery is very different with it's own unique vibe.  Some have excellent food that is made to pair with the beer.  Others feature a variety of rotating food trucks.  There are several breweries that will let you bring in your own food as well.  I've included a list of all my favorites!
